Mała Karczma [Small Inn] in Zbrosza Duża
Mała Karczma offers seasonal dishes prepared by us from natural and local ingredients.
Breakfasts: Aromatic coffee, tea, milk, Mirabelle plum/multi-fruit fruit drinks, jam and honey from our pantry, homemade roasted meats and sausages (smoked hams, sausages, bacon), vegetables, cottage cheese, eggs from our hens, bread baked at our place, zucchini pancakes, apple pancakes, regular pancakes.
Serving hours: Monday-Friday from 7:00 to 8:00, Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 to 11:00.
Dinners: A different soup every day! Always tasty and cooked using the best local products.
The main course: grilled, roasted, and slow-cooked meats, fresh vegetables, delicious groats, homemade dumplings, and stuffed cabbage.
For dessert, our cake and hot drinks: coffee, tea, and fruit drink.
Serving hours: Monday–Friday from 15:30 to 18:30 (May–September) and from 15:00 to 17:30 (October–April).
Meat smoking: participating in the traditional process of smoking sausages, hams and bacon, and fish. We smoke every other Friday/Saturday.
Baking bread: watching us knead and bake bread. For groups, once a month.
